Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Client Manager/ admiwerq to join our team in a full‑time capacity. This on‑site role, based in Sandbach, Cheshire, involves managing a portfolio of clients, providing expert accounting and business advisory services, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will collaborate with team members and develop relationships with clients to understand and address their financial needs. Additionally, you will play a critical role in mentoring junior staff and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
An equity stake in the practice is available for the successful candidate and the role has genuine progression prospects which will eventually lead to full ownership of the practice.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in accounting, tax compliance, and financial reporting, with strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
* Proven expertise in client management, business advisory, and strategic financial planning.
* Exceptional organizational, time‑management, and team leadership skills.
* Proficiency in relevant accounting software and an advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide data‑driven insights and recommendations to clients.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
* Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA or equivalent is required.
* Previous experience in an accountancy practice or working with various small and medium‑size enterprises is highly desired.
