PERMANENT CONTRACTS GIVEN AFTER 12 WEEKS based on attendance and performance targets being met

Siamo are proud to work in partnership with a prestigious company to recruit Warehouse Operatives for their ambient distribution centre based in Magna Park Lutterworth, LE17.
We are looking for hard working individuals to join a team within a friendly, ambient warehouse environment, to locate and order pick products, ensuring accurate dispatch to stores all over the country.
The role will involve picking grocery products using voice headsets Training is provided.
This role is a manual role and required lifting and moving of products.
You will use LLOP – training provided, however experience is preferrable.
Immediate starts available!
Shifts: 15:00pm – 23:00pm (**5 Days out of 7 – includes weekend working on a rota basis**)
Requirements:
Warehouse experience is preferable
Experience of picking products
Able to do some heavy lifting.
Ability to work in a target driven environment.
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
A positive attitude.
Reliable and keen to work.
