Your new role
You’ll support senior surveyors in delivering cost planning, tendering, and contract administration across a range of projects. You’ll prepare financial reports, assist with valuations, and liaise with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
1. MRICS desirable but not essential
2. 2+ years’ experience in quantity surveying
3. Strongmunication and multitasking skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CostX experience preferred
5. Familiarity with JCT contracts; NEC exposure beneficial
6. Full, clean driving licence
