Role Overview
A varied and interesting role involving a wide range of estate management and professional consultancy work on behalf of our clients. This position would suit a self-motivated and driven individual looking to progress their career.
Key Responsibilities
1. Estate management and associated professional work
2. Property management including lease renewals, property maintenance, negotiation of leases and compensation claims, among other tasks
3. Preparation of management reports
4. Residential and agricultural lettings and rent reviews
5. Record keeping and terrier maintenance related to managed estates in liaison with property managers/administrators
6. Working with our maintenance team, including Maintenance Manager and Property Managers, on maintenance, repair, and property compliance of managed estates
7. General liaison with clients, tenants, and other stakeholders of managed estates via face-to-face interactions, correspondence, and telephone
8. Administrative support within the department, including assistance at meetings and with marketing tasks
9. Effective liaison with other disciplines within the office
10. Additional tasks as reasonably required
Key Skills
1. Rural surveying experience, up to approximately 5 years post MRICS qualification; candidates with more or less experience may be considered. Package will be commensurate with experience.
2. MRICS qualification; CAAV qualification would be an advantage but is not essential

Team Overview
An opportunity for a Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor up to Associate level to join the Rural Estate Management Team in Lincoln. The team is friendly and energetic, comprising 7 members providing management, professional consultancy, and strategic advice for rural estates across the East Midlands and beyond, serving private clients, institutions, public sector, and corporate clients.
We are part of Savills Lincoln office, which also offers rural consultancy, farm agency, food and farming consultancy, and residential estate agency services.
