Development Compliance Officer Full-Time (37 Hours) Salary Scale : £ 31,708-£41,391 Job Reference: DCO/0110/1025 Choice is seeking to appoint a Development Compliance Officer to support an effective handover process and ensure that works undertaken during the Defects Liability Period are managed effectively. You will support the certification and adoptions process ensuring that all project completion documentation is in place, and ensure that relevant policies and procedures are followed including post-handover actions, occupancy surveys and trend analysis to inform future activities.
