Aegiq is growing as we expand our quantum technology programmes, increase our lab capacity and build new partnerships. We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to help put in place the systems and structure that will support the next stage of our journey.
This is a broad, strategic role that sits at the heart of the company. You will work across teams to make sure our people, processes and data come together effectively. The focus is on helping the organisation run smoothly, making it easier for everyone to do their best work, and ensuring we can scale with confidence.
It is a great fit for someone who enjoys improving how things work day to day, creating clarity in complex situations and supporting a team that is tackling challenging technical and commercial goals.
We offer a supportive and collaborative environment, where you'll be encouraged to learn quickly, take on new challenges, and grow into areas that may be unfamiliar at first. If you thrive in a role that combines structure-building with problem-solving, and you want to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you
