Assess student progress through lab reports, presentations, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to support their scientific understanding. Contribute to the development of the science curriculum and participate in departmental initiatives to enhance teaching and learning. Potentially teach A-Level Chemistry based on experience and departmental needs. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Science with a strong background and specialism in Chemistry. A thorough understanding of the secondary science curriculum and effective teaching strategies for Chemistry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate female students in science. Strong practical skills and experience in laboratory work.
