What You'll Be Doing:
Managing accommodation,restaurant,and event reservations
Providing exceptional guest service with every interaction
Maximizing revenue opportunities through up-selling and smart booking strategies
Working closely with our pubs,inns,and venues to ensure a seamless guest experience
Collaborating with an energetic and supportive team
What We're Looking For:
* A friendly,customer-focused attitude with a passion for hospitality
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience in reservations,hospitality,or sales is a plus
