Salary: £95 - £120 a day
Contract: Full Time, happy to consider 4 days a week!

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable SEN Cover Supervisor to join our team and provide vital classroom support across a range of subjects.
In this role you will help create an inclusive learning environment, ensuring every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment
* Support students with a range of Special Educational Needs, adapting activities to meet individual needs
* Implement school policies and maintain high standards of behaviour and engagement
* Work closely with teaching staff and SEN teams to deliver tailored support
* Provide feedback on student progress and behaviour to relevant staff
This is a specialised school for pupils aged 7-16 years old with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, all of whom have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
The SEMH needs of pupils often impact their ability to access mainstream education and may include:
* Anxiety disorders
* ADHD
* Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC - with SEMH as primary need)
* Trauma-related difficulties
Who We Are Looking For
* Experience working in SEN or PRU settings
* HLTA / Cover Supervisor experience
* Strong understanding of SEMH and positive behaviour strategies
* Ability to manage classrooms and deliver pre-set work effectively
* Resilient, patient, and passionate about inclusive education
* Skilled in de-escalating challenging situations calmly and safely
Working Hours / Benefits

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
