The Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will:
* Support residents with personal care needs while promoting dignity and independence
* Assist with daily living activities
* Encourage social engagement and participation
* Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns
* Maintain accurate care documentation
* Promote a safe and welcoming environment
* Previous care experience preferred but not essential
* NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care desirable
* Compassionate, patient, and reliable
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Passionate about delivering high-quality person-centred care
* £13.80 per hour
