About the Role
Due to continued growth & expansion, we require a Mortgage Administrator to work for our successful Hull based Regional Network partner in Willerby, East Yorkshire. The successful candidate would need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team, have exceptional communication skills over the telephone, email and in person. This role would require the candidate to work communicate well with clients, Mortgage Introducers, mortgage advisers and co-workers.
Responsibilities
* Processing mortgage & protection cases
* Liaising with all relevant parties (clients, lenders, conveyancing, Mortgage Introducers)
* Administration of new cases from application to completion
* Ensuring CRM and relevant software systems remain fully updated and accurate.
* Proactively assisting the Mortgage Advisors and wider company teams.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year general administration experience.
* Ideally you will have existing mortgage/financial services/estate agency experience and knowledge, however not essential.
* Have a drive & passion to succeed, have good interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication proficiency.

£24,000 per annum
