Diagnosing Issues: Identify the source of malfunctions and determine what repairs or maintenance is needed. Safety Inspections: Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required and perform road tests when needed. Communication: Clearly explain procedures and repairs directly to the Service Advisors.
