The Role Echo Managed Services are seeking a detail‑driven and proactive PMO Analyst to support programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder coordination across Echo’s software implementation projects. Working alongside the Programme Manager, you’ll help maintain structure, visibility, and consistency across all workstreams, ensuring the programme operates with clarity and control. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organising complex information, supporting decision‑making, and enabling effective programme delivery. Key Responsibilities Support the Programme Manager in maintaining and embedding programme governance frameworks Coordinate and prepare materials for internal and client‑facing forums, ensuring actions, decisions, and updates are accurately captured Maintain the programme’s risk and issue logs, ensuring updates, tracking, and escalations are managed in a timely manner Create and update RAID logs, change control documentation, and dependency trackers Produce high‑quality reporting packs and dashboards for programme boards and stakeholder reviews Monitor project performance using KPIs, RAG status updates, and progress metrics Support communication planning across workstreams to ensure transparency and alignment Maintain centralised documentation repositories, ensuring version control and audit readiness What You’ll Need Experience in a PMO Analyst role within software or technology delivery environments Strong understanding of project governance, reporting standards, and delivery assurance practices Experience in utilities, energy, or public sector environments (desirable) Confidence in supporting stakeholder forums and contributing to client‑facing discussions Proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Jira Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills A self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies A project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or AgilePM (advantageous) What You’ll Get In Return Competitive salary Pension scheme with employer contributions 25 days holiday bank holidays Hybrid working options 24/7 GP service and employee well-being programme Access to My Premier Benefits – retail discounts Free onsite parking and gym facilities A collaborative, forward-thinking environment where your ideas are valued
