6707 - Analyst, Global Client Compliance
This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Global Client Compliance team, managing commercial audit across WPP Media’s global agencies. Successful compliance strengthens WPP Media’s reputation and commercial performance across its multi‑million dollar international client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the agency client audit program across all global clients, coordinating compliance and commercial teams and markets.
o Understand key commercial contracts.
o Assist daily audit activities and maintain trackers and documentation.
o Communicate audit notifications.
o Review NDAs and audit scopes before peer review.
o Organize briefing meetings, verify briefing documents.
o Manage self‑certification process and tracker; collect and summarize data.
o Gather and analyze closing meeting minutes before peer review.
o Review draft audit reports and draft responses before peer review.
o Draft management representation letters before peer review.
o Manage insurance certificates.
o Post‑audit reporting, review, and market remediation management.
* Reporting and Data
o Maintain consistency, integrity and accuracy of compliance team data; train on filing protocols.
o Produce regular (e.g., audit tracker status) and ad‑hoc reports and analyses.
o Maintain policies, training requirements and market/client information databases.
o Co‑locate and analytically review financial/contractual reporting.
* Red & Green
o Maintain the system and manage users.
o Ensure compliance with SOX and statutory audit requirements.
o Review and verify Red & Green entries before and after posting.
o Provide training.
o Support agency commercial/contractual projects.
