Cleaner – Chantry Library • 7.5 hours per week • Mon - Fri 6am - 7.30am • £12.21ph
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. This position requires a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
* Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
* Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
* Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or malfunctions.
* Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any issues that arise.
* Drive to different locations as needed to fulfil cleaning responsibilities.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests promptly.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills in English are required to interact with clients and team members effectively.
* A valid driver\'s licence is advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites.
* A customer service-oriented attitude is essential to ensure client satisfaction.
