Based in Norwich. Permanent, full time 37.5 hpw. Salary circa £32,000 pa and great benefits including Health Cash Plan. On call shift payment of £14.30 per session. We can't offer a CoS for this role.

You’ll manage our 24/7 supported service providing housing and support to 12 customers, along with the housing management of our dispersed properties across Norwich at Aspland Road and Barnards Yard. Our services provide housing and support for men who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness.
What You’ll Do
* Leading a motivated team to deliver efficient, high quality, person centred services in line with our contracts, evidenced by our customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs.
* Be the Safeguarding Lead for the service
* Ensure Health and Safety checks and risk assessments are completed and recorded accurately
* Managing the contracts, budgets and KPIs, and liaising with stakeholders and commissioners
* Manage individual and team performance using coaching skills and assessing colleague competencies and objectives to ensure customers live in a safe, supportive, person centred service
* Manage budgets and spending to ensure that we deliver high quality services, and environments where our customers can thrive.

You have
* The people skills to take others with you, to help others grow as well as the confidence to challenge behaviours misaligned to our values
* The understanding of where our customers are in their life and have the passion to advocate for them.
* Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment
* Experience of people and multiple service management
* To get from A to B, you’ll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. We’ll pay your mileage!

* This is a service-based role where you work alongside customers and lead your team, with flexibility to work from home.
* You’ll have the opportunity to network across services and with commissioners to ensure the service standards are delivered
* You’ll need an enhanced DBS and we pay for that.
