You will support pupils with complex needs through structured education and essential daily routines.
Responsibilities
* Supporting EHCP‑led learning
* Helping with communication and emotional regulation
* Providing personal care when needed
* Working closely with staff teams across education and therapy
* Maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment
Requirements
* Full driving licence
* GCSEs A-C (or equivalent)
* Compassion, patience, and resilience
