Pacific International is partnering with a global leader in secure power solutions to appoint a Regional Sales Manager for Northern Europe (UK focus).
This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expand market share in industrial power systems, Oil & Gas, and key industrial segments. The position is a critical leadership role focused on implementing global sales strategy, developing targeted action plans, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience from initial engagement through after-sales support.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders across Northern Europe, including end users, EPCs, and consultants, to build long-term relationships and ensure sustainable, profitable growth.
This role may involve travel within Northern Europe to strengthen customer relationships and support international project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet market and growth targets.
* Map key customers, consultants, EPCs, and influencers to build strong, long-term relationships.
* Conduct technical and commercial presentations, engaging with decision-makers on technical requirements, total cost of ownership, and sustainability.
* Prepare and manage technical and commercial quotations in collaboration with internal teams, coordinating international projects where needed.
* Drive targeted project wins in accordance with global sales guidance.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to anticipate changes and adjust sales strategies.
* Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and ensure continuous improvement in customer experience.
* Manage the operations of a regional sales branch, including oversight of sales, service delivery, and internal operations (HR, Finance, IT).
* Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, upselling additional services, parts, and equipment as appropriate.
Background & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* At least 8 years of relevant experience in building long-term business relationships with end users and partners.
* Experience in industrial power systems or related technology is desirable but not essential.
* Business-level proficiency in English.
* Strong customer focus with the ability to lead, engage, and influence others.
* Results-oriented, capable of delivering short- and long-term growth targets.
* Adaptable, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural curiosity to learn and improve continuously.
* Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and cultural awareness in all interactions.
