Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Solicitor/Legal Executive to take on some excellent cases and work on them from inception to trial.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims, investigating and litigating multi-track cases.
You must ensure cases are progressed in a timely, efficient and proactive manner and meet all KPI targets set by the firm.
This firm currently has a team of experts and are keen to speak to likeminded people, who are passionate about Clinical Negligence and client care.
The Candidate Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Legal Executive handling own caseload (2 years experience) Experience of drafting legal documentation Prioritise and manage a varied caseload Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative Excellent organisation and time-management skills Excellent client care skills Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts The Benefits & How to Apply Salary, dependent upon experience/PQE
