Spire Claremont have an exciting opportunity for an NHS bookings administrator to join their team on a permanent full time basis.
Spire Claremont Hospital has provided first-class independent healthcare at the heart of the South Yorkshire community since 1953. Our hospital is situated among beautifully landscaped grounds in Crosspool, Sheffield and it is situated 3 miles (about 20 minutes) to the south west of Sheffield city centre.
Claremont Hospital has 42 beds, three laminar flow theatres, 13 consulting rooms, a static MRI and CT scanner, and plain and digital X-ray. The hospital provides surgery and outpatients with diagnostic imaging services.

Duties and responsibilities
1. Providing excellent patient care and customer service
2. Working alongside the NHS team in the hospital
3. Booking in NHS patients to the hospital, contacting patients in regards to referrals
4. Looking into breaches and outcomes of appointments
Who we're looking for
5. Experience in a healthcare setting would be desirable but not essential
6. Experience in an administration position is essential
7. Excellent customer service skills and a good phone manner
