We are looking for
an individual who can lead and champion deployments for our customers in your area. This role will have overall accountability for the successful deployment, maintenance and adoption of our system. This is a full-time position. Note, this is primarily a night shift role during installation periods.
What you will do
1. Ensure all KPIs are met relative to Installations/Uptime/Ongoing Maintenance for your geographic region
2. Overall accountability for deployment, training and customer success
3. Understanding the customer business and building plans to exceed expectations
4. Oversee all Field Service Technicians within their respective region
5. Troubleshooting and quality control
6. Onboarding/scanning products into the system
7. Routine stops at our client locations for battery swaps and diagnostics
8. Onsite and offsite maintenance
9. Learn to build devices and deploy them
10. Dynamic oversight of services and operations
11. Serve as primary point of contact reporting anything relevant in the field back to our Product Team
12. Ensure all payroll entries are tracked/reviewed for thoroughness and investigate anomalies accordingly for productivity improvements or coaching opportunities.
What you need to be successful
13. Willingness to work nights
14. 2+ years in a customer-facing technical sales, services or operational support role
15. Proven team lead or supervisory experience
16. Proactive, resourceful, with a desire to figure stuff out, interested in applying cutting-edge technologies
17. Ability and desire to work independently in an unstructured environment in locations remote from company HQ
18. Excellent communication, presentation and demonstration skills
19. Good understanding of account management and customer success
20. Organized, detail-oriented, dependable and self-sufficient
21. Strong customer service orientation
22. Interested in technology
23. Thrive in a fast-paced environment
24. Flexible with your schedule, including nights and weekends
25. Must have a valid driver's license and ownership of a reliable vehicle
26. Must have a working smartphone (Android or iPhone)
