What you'll be doing:
As an Innovation Specialist in our Makeup team, you’ll play a key role in bringing exciting new products to life across Avon’s core brands. Working closely with the Global Brand and Innovation team, you’ll help drive trend-led, high-impact launches from concept through to delivery. You’ll manage projects through the NPD process, collaborate with suppliers to push boundaries, and ensure every innovation meets our quality standards and delights our consumers. Your insights and coordination will help shape the future of our makeup portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
* Supporting the development of new A and B* product launches, using market, financial, and consumer insights.
* Managing products through the NPD process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
* Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to deliver innovation that exceeds expectations.
* Conducting competitor reviews and performance analysis to inform strategy.
* Supporting strategic portfolio planning and market alignment.
* Tracking project milestones, estimates, and coordinating with commercial marketing.
* Providing ad hoc analysis and supporting key meetings and cross-functional collaboration.
What we're looking for:
* A background in marketing, business, or a related field (degree preferred).
* Experience working in a marketing or NPD function, ideally within beauty or a similar category.
* Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Confidence working with data, systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
* A collaborative team player who communicates clearly and professionally across all levels.
* Passion for beauty and a keen eye for trends and innovation.
