Logistics Coordinator Location: Belfast Permanent, Full-Time Hours: 37.5 hours per week- Office Based Monday Thursday: 9:00am 5:30pm Friday: 9:00am 5:00pm Salary: Competitive Salary & Benefits We are currently working with a well-established and growing organisation who are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join their design and fit out operations team. This is a key role responsible for coordinating installations, managing logistics schedules, and ensuring seamless communication across departments to deliver an excellent customer experience. Whats on Offer Competitive salary & benefits package On-site parking Company pension (3% Employer / 5% Employee) Laptop provided 20 days annual leave plus 10 statutory days Regular company social events Key Responsibilities Preparation and ongoing maintenance of the Installation Diary Proactively contacting customers to confirm installation dates at least two weeks in advance and confirming availability on the day of delivery/installation Liaising closely with the Sales Team regarding order status and installation schedules Carrying out site visits for larger installations to ensure readiness and smooth execution Preparing despatch documentation for daily runs, including run sheets for warehouse picking and staging Coordinating with the Purchasing team to ensure supplier deliveries are received on schedule Assisting with on-site resource planning, ensuring adequate labour and transport resources are in place The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in a logistics or operations-based role Experience within a fit-out or similar industry is highly desirable Strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Word and Excel Confident user of ERP systems, ideally SAGE Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work proactively, use initiative, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Skills: Logistics Admin coordinator
