Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound enquiries from domestic and corporate customers.
2. Provide outstanding training and support to convert enquiries into sales.
3. Ask engaging questions, fact find, and understand client requirements.
4. Advise clients on solutions to their waste disposal needs.
5. Be the first point of contact with customers, creating a lasting first impression.
6. Convert inbound client enquiries into long-term customers through excellent communication.
7. Handle telephone and email enquiries from our Wingrave office.
Skills and Experience
* Graduates with previous customer service experience.
* Excellent verbal communication skills, including listening, processing information, and explaining.
* Attention to detail and ability to write clear, accurate emails.
* Energy, enthusiasm, and good organization.
Remuneration & Benefits
* £23,000 - £25,000 per annum + commission & bonus.
