Monsoon is a brand with a genuine creative story — artisan embroidery, hand-printed fabrics, considered occasion dressing — and we are building the creative team to tell it properly.
We’re looking for a highly creative Midweight Digital Designer with a passion for fashion and social media. You’ll be responsible for crafting visually striking, trend-led content that captures attention, drives engagement, and elevates our brand across all digital and social platforms.
What you’ll do as a Digital Designer (Midweight)
1. Design bold, fashion-forward creative for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn)
2. Translate seasonal campaigns, product drops, and brand direction into compelling social-first visuals
3. Create a mix of static, motion, and video content including reels, stories, paid ads, and editorial-style assets
4. Work closely with marketing, social, and e-commerce teams to bring campaigns and launches to life
5. Interpret fashion trends, cultural moments, and competitor activity into relevant, on-brand creative
6. Maintain and evolve brand identity across all digital touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries
7. Adapt campaign creative quickly for multiple formats, channels, and audiences
What we’re looking for
8. 3–5 years’ experience in digital design, ideally within fashion, retail, or a creative agency
9. A strong portfolio showcasing social media work with a clear eye for fashion, styling, and visual culture
10. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects; Premiere Pro a plus)
11. Experience with motion design and editing short-form video content
12. Strong understanding of social-first design and platform nuances
13. A sharp eye for typography, layout, colour, and imagery—aligned with current fashion aesthetics
14. Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving, trend-driven environment
Bonus points if you have!
15. Experience working on fashion campaigns, lookbooks, or e-commerce content
16. Knowledge of influencer, UGC, and creator-led content
17. Familiarity with Figma or collaborative design tools
18. An understanding of performance metrics and how creative drives engagement and conversion
