We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Complex Healthcare Assistant to provide high-quality care for our clients with complex health needs in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver care in accordance with individualised care plans
• Support with complex medical needs, including use of specialist equipment
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes promptly
• Work collaboratively with families and clinical leads
• Maintain accurate records and ensure best practices are followed
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience within a healthcare setting (minimum 6 months) – (required)
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
• Experience within Ventilation support (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
Shifts Available: 12 hour shifts Day, night and weekend availability
