Residential / Commercial Valuation Surveyor
Provide residential valuations (short and longer form) and commercial valuations within the Birmingham area. Full‑time commitment is preferred, though part‑time is possible.
Responsibilities
* 80% of work involves residential valuation assessments.
* 20% of work involves commercial valuation assignments.
* Maintain a weekly diary of work assignments.
Qualifications
* Commercial valuation experience is advantageous.
* Self‑employed or company‑based (Ltd) arrangements accepted.
