HR Business Partner

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a London-based organisation on a fixed-term basis until the end of 2026. This is a broad, senior HRBP role with a strong focus on Employee Relations, offering the opportunity to partner closely with senior leaders and managers across the business.
You will play a key role in delivering an excellent employee experience, managing ER casework, and supporting the organisation's strategic priorities. Working closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer and the wider HR team, you will help ensure consistent, high-quality HR delivery across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead on all Employee Relations matters, from low-level issues through to complex casework
2. Partner with Heads of Department and managers to provide pragmatic, commercial HR advice
3. Lead Talent Management activities, including succession planning, talent reviews and annual calibration processes
4. Collaborate with HR colleagues across Operations, Reward, Learning & Development and Recruitment to deliver seamless HR initiatives
