Mental Health Support Worker – Brook House (Supported Living) Clayton-le-Woods, Lancashire Part-Time Day Shifts – 26.25 Hours Per Week Salary: £13.45 per hour | Equivalent to £26,926 per annum Shifts: 8am – 9pm, with 1 in 2 weeks off Active Pathways Ltd is currently recruiting a passionate Support Workers to join Brook House in Clayton-le-Woods, Lancashire on a part-time basis, working 26.25 hours per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an integral part of the team, ensuring that the individuals we support can live as independently as possible. Brook House is a 13-bed supported living service providing person-centred support for individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and/or autism. With 24-hour staffing and a passionate multi-disciplinary team, Brook House helps residents build independence and work towards recovery. As a Support Worker, you will: Support individuals on their journey to recovery through person-centred care in a rehabilitation setting. Help residents develop independent living skills and achieve personal goals. Work within a multidisciplinary team to build positive relationships with residents. Provide emotional and practical support to residents. Promote engagement in meaningful activities and encourage social inclusion. Assist with daily living tasks and support residents in accessing education, employment, and the community. Promote independence and self-confidence, helping residents regain control over their lives.
