Trinity Academy Grammar is an ambitious and inclusive 11-16 school that, for the first time in the school’s history, is over-subscribed with over 1,000 students on roll; having grown this number from 650 when we first started since becoming part of the Trinity Multi-Academy Trust.
Since then, Trinity Academy Grammar has had a plethora of successes. In February 2023 Ofsted graded the academy as good with outstanding features in leadership and personal development. This followed being awarded the World Class School mark in 2021. What are we looking for?
* Educated to A Level standard or equivalent relevant experience
* Experience of successfully working with young people (of a relevant age) and securing positive outcomes
* Experience of working in an educational environment
* A good knowledge of Behaviour for Learning strategies when dealing with challenging students
