Psychology Graduate - Mental Health Assistant

If you are a psychology graduate, or have a background in education, sports, art or drama, then this is the kind of role that you will succeed in!
Your duties as a Mental Health Assistant:
* Support the students with their needs in the classroom
* Help them find healthy and positive ways to cope with their emotions
* Teach them ways to regulate their emotions
* Help them reach their academic and personal goals
* De-escalate any behaviour and redirect their attention
* Facilitate and help deliver any interventions designed to help the students flourish
* Support the students during their work day
The successful Mental Health Assistant:

* Understands the importance of safeguarding
