Position Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated seasonal workers to join our vibrant hospitality team for a fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the heart of the hospitality industry while contributing to memorable experiences for our guests. We are looking to recruit for 4 months for most roles, typically May to September. This may be longer depending on need.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support daily operations across various departments, including kitchen, dining, gardens and guest services.
* Assist in maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
* Collaborate with team members to prepare for special events and workshops.
* Uphold cleanliness and organisation in all areas.
* Engage with guests to enhance their stay and provide information about our offerings.
Required Qualifications:
* Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
