About the Role:
We are seeking ambitious corporate tax specialists for this client-facing role. You will manage UK corporate tax relationships with clients who have complex tax situations from day one and will be supported in building specialist sector and international skills. Additionally, you will help develop our market presence and build your reputation within PwC's global network.
What your days will look like:
Responsibilities include managing a diverse client portfolio, leading client relationships, and generating new business opportunities. You will ensure effective communication with clients and oversee team contributions.
* Team Management: Lead large, diverse client teams, providing leverage to partners, overseeing daily work, coordinating specialists and international network input, and offering feedback for development.
* Leadership: Contribute to the leadership of our RAP team through recruitment, skill development, and fostering a coaching culture.
* Business Development: Identify and develop new client opportunities, lead proposals, and contribute to tax technology adoption.
* Financial Management: Manage the profitability of client engagements, including budgeting and billing.
* Personal Development: Stay current with technical developments and support team training and development.
This role is for you if:
* You possess an ACA/CTA qualification or equivalent experience, including international candidates.
* You have significant UK or international tax advisory experience.
* You are flexible and can work across multiple client teams.
* You have strong relationship-building skills.
* You possess analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
* You have project management and delegation experience.
* You focus on self and team development.
