Customer Service and Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service Excellence: Build strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries with professionalism and a friendly attitude to ensure a top-tier customer experience.
* Support Sales Initiatives: Assist in driving sales by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, promoting the brand's core values and contributing to achieving sales targets.
* Operational Accuracy: Maintain high standards of cashiering and transaction accuracy to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Who We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a polite and professional demeanor, and the ability to build rapport quickly. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a bonus and may result in a higher starting salary, but it's not required – full training will be provided.

Hours:
