Job Description:
The FA is looking for an adept relationship builder with strong project management experience and a passion for female health to provide strategic leadership to the female health golden thread of the Women's and Girls Strategy, driving alignment, connectivity, and collaboration across the business.
This role can be based at Wembley Stadium or the National Football Centre, St. George's Park.

Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Development and Delivery: Lead the development of the FA's Female Health and Wellbeing Framework, manage stakeholder relationships supporting the strategy, and ensure the framework remains impactful.
2. Alignment and Centralisation: Manage objectives within the framework, create a trusted ecosystem of expertise, ensure consistent messaging across the game, and identify opportunities for efficiency and collaboration.
3. Project and Budget Management: Oversee governance, reporting, and communication processes; lead project groups; track success measures; and manage the budget.
4. Business Planning: Embed female health and wellbeing into departmental plans, support delivery plans, and adapt to changing priorities.
Candidate Requirements:
Essential: Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, stakeholder consensus-building, communication skills, project leadership experience, presentation skills, organizational skills, and a valid driving license.
Beneficial: Influencing and negotiation skills, experience working with diverse stakeholders.
