Role
The Pennine Network is looking for an Agile Receptionist to join our reception team on a part-time, permanent basis. You will have excellent customer service skills to support the smooth and efficient functioning of the receptions
Responsibilities
We are inviting applications from individuals with excellent organisation skills, ability to work on your own or as a member of the wider admin team. The successful candidate will be able to communicate with staff, service users, visitors and carers in a professional manner. The successful candidate must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft Office packages and possess a good telephone manner.

The post holder will be organised, professional, committed and will assist in providing a high standard, quality clinical reception service.
The post holder will have knowledge of relevant customer service procedures applicable to this role. The post holder will need to be a team player with very strong communication skills.
Job responsibilities
Please Note - This role will include evening and weekend work with early starts of 7am and late finishes of 9pm.
Person Specification
Education
* NVQ Level 2 in Customer Care - or equivalent experience
Knowledge
* Knowledge of administrative systems and processes
Experience
* Previous experience in customer services or administration
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to make decisions and solve routine problems
* Approachable and empathetic. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willing and able to visit different bases across the locality as necessary
