Are you an experienced NHS finance professional ready to bring your skills to a high-performing, values-driven organisation?
We’re looking for a fully qualified accountant with strong NHS finance experience to step into an interim Assistant Finance Director role. Youll be leading on financial strategy, compliance, and operational delivery in support of a major healthcare estate development and maintenance programme.

* 3–6 month contract
* 4 days per week (0.8 WTE)
* Hybrid working – 2 days working from home
* Site base: South East

You’ll need:
* Full CCAB qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* Worked at Head of Finance level or above
* A solid track record within NHS finance roles
* The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, change-focused environment
