Handle enquiries, book viewings, and support the referencing process
Keep key details updated on the management system with accuracy and care
Assist with tenancy documents, agreements, and handover packs
Support with deposits, initial rental payments, and related administration
Provide a friendly and professional service to tenants and landlords alike
Help the team keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes
What we're looking for:
Some experience in lettings, customer service, or administration (property background helpful but not essential)
Great organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do approach
