Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a HR Coordinator for a 3 month contract based near Waterloo. We are looking for someone to start ASAP!
Duties:
1. Responsible for company policies
2. Responsible for on-boarding, employment contracts and variation of contracts and leaving process,
3. Handling disciplinary processes, formal grievances, and terminations
4. Ensuring procedures comply with employment regulations and relevant data protection and GDPR requirements. Report to the board and management team on HR regulatory changes impacting the business
5. Manage the recruitment process to align with the management team needs, including graduate intake and placement schemes
6. Manage Immigration & Visas sponsorship licences
7. Review and monitor employee benefits and long-term incentive schemes against industry benchmarks; advise the board with proposals. Manage benefit platforms - healthcare, life assurance, pension, and cycle to work scheme.
8. Input into monthly payroll including HMRC tax updates & notices, P60s and P11Ds, pensions contributions
9. Provide oversight of training policies with the training development group
10. Provide oversight of the EDI development group
11. Provide ad-hoc support to Company Secretary for corporate related HR matters including ad-hoc support to other WW entities globally
