We are currently working in partnership with a Housing Association based in Macclesfield, who are recruiting for a Repairs Planner (Gas) on a temporary twelve-week contract.
The position is due to start immediately (Monday the 9th), with the potential to go full time. The hourly rate of pay is negotiable up to £17.00 via an Umbrella company.
The ideal candidate will have experience inputting data inhouse PDA systems, tracking repairs and liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed within pre-agreed time frames.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
Receiving calls from tenants in regards to repairs and providing the initial diagnosis to get an understanding as to what Repairs work would be required
Booking in repairs for Gas Services and Repairs for both void and tenanted properties
Chasing repairs operatives in regards to updates around repairs
Inputting all data onto inhouse PDA systems, in order to Repairs Operatives to track repairs work as effectively as possible
Experience required:
Experience required in Social Housing
Experience working with customers within housing
Experience in scheduling repairs
Experience liaising with tenants & contractors
Rewards and Benefits:

Three days working from home a week
Working hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday – Friday, 8am-4pm
