The Role Lead the Reservations and Reception teams to deliver a first-class guest journey from booking to departure
Maximise reservations and private dining bookings to achieve business objectives
Manage guest relationships and liaise with concierges and partners to drive engagement and loyalty
Oversee reservation systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Maintain detailed reports, forecasts, and guest databases
Supervise reception operations, ensuring polished guest arrivals and departures
Recognise and nurture relationships with returning and long-standing guests
Conduct daily briefings, coordinate service plans, and provide regular team feedback
Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues with discretion and care
Recruit, train, and develop the team to deliver the highest standards of service and etiquette
What We're Looking For Proven experience in reservations, reception, or guest relations management
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Technical proficiency with reservations software (e.g. SevenRooms, OpenTable) and Microsoft Office
A calm and professional presence with impeccable personal presentation
The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team effectively
A track record of delivering excellence in fine dining or luxury hospitality (knowledge of Indian cuisine is an advantage)
