Headteacher – The Role: A Headteacher will lead the development and delivery of a distinctly Christian vision for their school, embedding both the Trust and School’s values into every aspect of school life. They will support and challenge others to do the same. They will promote a culture where pupils are encouraged to strive for Excellence, explore their learning, and feel supported. They will champion LAAT’s belief that all children should flourish in a creative environment where they can become all that God intended. The Headteacher will work closely with colleagues across the Trust, recognising it as a single organisation working in partnership to achieve the best outcomes for all pupils.
