Overview
The Oaks Academy School are looking to employ a cleaner on a part time basis to ensure the school is cleaned well for the needs of the teachers and pupils. We are seeking a candidate with excellent timekeeping, flexible to the business needs of the management team, and ready to apply Health and Safety at work practices to maintain a clean environment for staff and students.
Requirements
* Ability to read and understand health and safety logos.
* Basic English and Maths qualifications to GCSE standard or equivalent qualification.
* Ideally some previous working experience in cleaning or a similar role.
* Excellent timekeeping and flexibility to business needs.
Responsibilities
* Clean to the required standard to support the needs of teachers and pupils.
* Follow health and safety practices at work and maintain a safe environment.
Hours, Pay and Closing Date
* Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, before school opening).
* Pay: £12.30 per hour.
* Closing date: Sunday 21st September 2025, midnight.
