Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join a busy legal firm in Cardiff on a temporary, ongoing basis. As the first point of contact, you will provide a welcoming front-of-house service while supporting the wider office team with a range of administrative duties.
Key Duties
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls efficiently.
Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments.
Handle all incoming and outgoing post.
Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Maintain a tidy and organised reception and meeting area.
Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (experience within a legal or professional services environment desirable).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional and confident telephone manner.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
What We Offer
