This is a great opportunity for a communications or HR professional looking to take ownership of employee engagement and internal communications in a hands-on, delivery-focused role.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in improving how the organisation communicates and engages with its people. Working closely with HR and senior stakeholders, you’ll help bring business priorities to life through clear, engaging internal communications and employee-focused initiatives.
This role would suit someone who enjoys a blend of communications and HR, and is looking to develop their experience within a supportive, purpose-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
* Develop and deliver clear, engaging internal communications aligned to business priorities
* Translate key messages into content that resonates with employees
* Support leaders with communication planning and messaging
* Manage and improve internal communication channels
Employee Engagement
* Support delivery of employee engagement initiatives
* Assist with employee surveys, feedback analysis, and action planning
* Create opportunities for employee voice and participation
* Contribute to improving key employee experiences
Culture & Change
* Support promotion of company values and behaviours
* Assist with communications around organisational change
* Help ensure employees are informed and supported through change
Employee Relations Support
* Work alongside HR to support employee relations activity
* Assist in communication of HR policies and updates
* Provide support to managers on people-related matters

About You
* Experience in employee engagement, internal communications, and a generalist HR role
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to translate business strategy into engaging messaging
* Good understanding of employee relations principles
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
* Exposure to engagement surveys or internal comms platforms
* CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
* Experience in organisational development or culture transformation
