We are currently recruiting on behalf of a forward-thinking private training Provider for a Data Technician Level 3 Coach.
Job Purpose
The role of the Data Technician Coach is to support; guide and mentor apprentices enrolled on their programme to ensure their timely progress towards End Point Assessment. Working in partnership with the apprentice’s line manager, you are responsible for planning activities and providing coaching to ensure the development of skills and knowledge relevant to the Data Technician standard at L3.
Job Role:
* Support a caseload of learners to achieve apprenticeship qualifications at Level 3
* Deliver qualifications online and face to face when the learner requests it, which will involve setting key objectives, course work and regularly reviewing with the learner
* Coach and train individual learners to learn new professional skills required for the workplace in line with the appropriate learner and achieve their qualification.
* Achieve and exceed specified targets relating to performance and learner caseload.
* Deliver teaching and learning to learners online.
* Develop relationships with clients to support your learners on their programme.
* Be involved with clients’ programme design, creating a programme that aligns with their strategic vision and business goals.
* Enhance the learning experience through the provision of personalised teaching to ensure your learners have an outstanding experience while on programme.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Strong background in data analysis or data management.
* Familiarity with data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
* Knowledge of apprenticeship delivery or training experience.
* Understanding of the Level 3 Data Technician Standard.
* Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
Desirable:
* Teaching qualification (e.g. AET, PGCE, CertEd).
* Assessor qualification (e.g. CAVA).
* Experience preparing learners for End Point Assessment
