Overview
The Perfume Shop is looking for a Store Manager to lead a store, drive performance, and coach a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Contracted hours are 37.5 per week. Contract Type: Permanent. Pay Rate: £30,931.00.
Responsibilities
* Have a passion for selling and delivering fantastic customer service; lead by example and coach your team to do the same
* Deliver the store’s daily, weekly and yearly targets, and ensure the team understands what to do each shift to achieve them
* Review store performance and action plans, and communicate challenges
* Open and close the store using key holders and follow security procedures
* Prepare and issue store rotas
* Be responsible for stock inventory and actions to minimise stock loss
* Coach and mentor staff with regular 1:1 meetings, monitor performance, and recognise achievements
* Recruit for your store by identifying talent, passion and spark to build a great team
What You Will Bring
* Experience in management, from an assistant/store manager role in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for teamwork and coaching to deliver high standards and results
* Ability to think and act strategically while managing day-to-day store operations
* Excellent customer service skills
* Understanding of KPI’s; sales, service, profit & loss
* Commercial mindset with knowledge of daily store operations
* Flexibility with work patterns
