Job Description:
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our clients European Brand and Creative hub providing Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Advertising, Promotions and Broadcast Creative for multiple stakeholders across their European Markets.
This consists of an in-house capability and a matrix of external agency and post- production partners.
Summary of the role
* The Account Management team manage projects and campaigns for the UK and European markets across multiple business verticals.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of a project, working closely with marketing, creative and production teams to meet the requirements of the brief and deliver projects end to end.
1. What you will do:
* You’ll lead on smaller projects across your business area such as on air priority promos and small integrated campaigns
* You’ll support the senior team members of larger integrated campaigns from brief to delivery, partnering with teams within Creative and Marketing, and ensuring progression across all stages, delivering on time and on budget.
* Be the key liaison between multiple teams, ensuring feedback is implemented on time and issues are raised to the Account Director/Senior Account Director to resolve as required
* Co-ordinate briefing meetings with relevant teams, ensuring timelines and budgets are followed accurately.
* Drive the project forward with dedication and reliance to ensure it’s success.
* Work closely with media partners and internal and external teams to ensure all parties have the necessary information concerning deliverables for the campaign/priority promotion
* Look for ways of simplifying and adding clarity to everything we do.
* Proactively identify blockers, recommend solutions and work with your seniors to implement them.
* Responsible for all project admin to be always up to date to enable accurate project reporting and tracking.
* Be curious and inform yourself about your business area and the product you are promoting, to ensure you can contribute with subject matter expertise.
* Responsible for contributing to the wider Account Management team culture.
2. What you will bring:
* Enthusiasm to develop brilliant creative for the brand.
* 3+ years of relevant experience from an integrated agency background.
* Strong project management skills; experienced at managing multiple projects with short and long lead times.
* Ability to develop competitor analysis reports for respective area of the business.
* Ablility to manage all deliverables typical of an integrated advertising and communications campaign, from ATL to Digital.
* Strong relationship building skills – trust, collaboration, knowledge, gets best out of people.
* Great communications skills – succinct, clear, and confident.
* Resilience and initiative - working within fast paced communications and marketing environments.
* Collaborative and capable of working seamlessly in team.
