Helpdesk Coordinator Facilities Management / Building Services Location: Brentwood, Essex Salary: £30,000 £32,000 A growing Facilities Management / Building Services company is looking for an organised and proactive Helpdesk Coordinator to join its busy service team based in Brentwood, Essex. This role is ideal for someone with helpdesk or scheduling experience who enjoys coordinating engineers, managing client requests and keeping operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming reactive maintenance requests from clients Log jobs onto the CAFM / job management system Allocate and schedule engineers for reactive and planned works Track job progress and update clients accordingly Produce and issue job sheets and reports when required Assist with general administration to support smooth contract delivery Requirements: Experience in a Helpdesk / Service Coordinator / Scheduler role ideally within Facilities Management or Building Services Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner Highly organised with the ability to multitask Experience using CAFM / job management systems (advantageous) A proactive, team-focused attitude A great opportunity for someone looking to build a career in FM support, working within a friendly and fast-paced team.
