Early Years Nursery Executive Manager

Seeking an Early Years Nursery Executive Manager who has a passion for early childhood education and previous experience as a executive manager overseeing different settings.
Starting Salary:£65,000- £75,000pa + Annual bonus (Annual bonus scheme based on performance and company target, paid holidays.
Key Responsibilities include:
? ? To Manage, guide, motivate, and support nursery managers to ensure outstanding care, education and business performance of the chain.
* Manage the head office (Admin, Marketing, Recruitment departments)
? ?Develop and implement strategic plans for continuous improvement and innovation across all settings.
? ?Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and statutory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of safeguarding.
? ?Monitor nursery performance, analyse data, and drive best practice.
? ?Oversee financial performance, occupancy, and resource allocation to ensure commercial success.
? ?Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider community, promoting our nurseries as centres of excellence.
Requirements:
? ?Minimum 4 years experience in a CEO level multi-site management role within early years settings. Reporting directly to the stakeholders.
? ?Recognised Early Years qualification such as BA in Early Years Education, BA in Education or Level 3 qualification in early years education and additional training and certificates.
* Recognised business management education degree preferred.
* Driving licence
? ?Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, with a strong track record of driving improvement.
? ?Deep understanding of the EYFS framework, Ofsted standards, and best practice in early childhood development.
? ?Strategic thinker with strong people skills, financial acumen, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
